Meet Dakota

The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation is able to coordinate requests for Sgt. Dakota Meyer to appear before a variety groups to discuss his “Challenge to America” scholarship initiative.  Typically, appearances are made at schools, universities, community organizations, businesses, associations or military organizations.  

Due to the large number of inquiries we receive, please submit requests at least 6 weeks in advance of your event.  This allows enough time for the coordination of travel and scheduling logistics.  Please contact Dakotevents@mcsf.org for additional information.

Statement indicating whether fundraising of any type will be conducted during the event, and if so provide specific information as to the exact nature of the fundraising including all proposed publicity materials for the event:

Statement indicating that the sponsoring organization assumes responsibility for all expenses associated with an appearance and is willing to provide payment prior to the event:
Expenses
  • Unrestricted round trip air fare from Columbia, Kentucky
  • Meals and incidental expenses
  • Ground transportation (on both ends)
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Other expenses as necessary due to the nature of the appearance
